Shindaiwa 577 wanted

Does anyone know where I can get a 577 shindaiwa saw. They stopped making them for the USA market due to EPA standards. I e-mailed shindaiwa and they said some dealers in the back woods may still have them and are allowed to sell them because the dealers obtained the saws before they were pullued out of the USA. Let me know! Thanks!

I live in Pittsburgh, PA., Pitt Auto Electric Co. is the distributor for my state plus 7 other states. Their phone no. is 412-766-9112. They are only 10 minutes from me, they give good service. This is one of the main reasons I run so many Shindaiwa chainsaws. If they can't help you I don't know what to tell you. Let me know on this thread how you made out. Rich.
