I was helping out a friend / client today at his place. It took me pretty much all day to take down his Christmas lights and box them up. I wound up battling with this one blue spruce for 2 - 3 hours I bet. It only had 3 different colors on it totalling up to 16 sets. Overall I packed up about 200 sets of lights.

Honestly I think I would have rather been working clearing vines. At least with vines it doesn't matter how busted up they get, and you don't have to worry about coiling them up.
