I was shopping last night in Walmart with the wife, and left her alone for a minute to go get something.
When i caught up with her, there she was.......

Yep, using my new axe to haul 2 liters off the shelf where she couldnt reach. People were standing there with their mouths open, and my daughter was trying as hard as she could not to bust out laughing.
Gotta love that woman, she is such a redneck! But she sure can cut some wood though! And not with an axe. She really is my best friend.:yourock:

She could have just asked for some customer assistance wile holding the Axe;)

The sad part of it is, in our walmart you just about have to have an axe if you want any help. They are the grumpiest people I have ever met at this store. I imagine the way walmart treats their employees has a lot to do with it.

Weird. Every Wally World employee I've talked to loved it.

I guess I was thinking about a few years ago when Walmart was busted and it was all in the papers. Walmart employees in the auto department were being made to work off the clock because the manager was trying to keep up a certain amount of "effeciency" rating. Then there was the lawsuits were women sued walmart because of lopsided promoting practises. Policies came to light about Walmart not giving breaks as required by law, overtime was being paid not at time and a half but as comp time, etc
I really dont know how our local walmart treats their employees, but the people sure are grumpy. The store about 30 miles away has some of the nicest people you have ever met.
