I have an older tw5 -36 circa 01 I have been putting off some repairs - Needed to replace wear bars on push block and seals on main cylinder. I called and ordered parts - kinda guessed at the yr because it was raining and splitter was deep in the woods covered up. Parts came - tore down cylinder - loads of fun - about 17 gts of fun poured out into a oil change bucket. Went to replace seals and discovered pretty quick i had the wrong seal kit. Went on Princes website and could not find a kit for a 9536 2500psi - so I called Prince Monday morning as well as Timberwolf - Talked with Ray in parts at Timberwolf - he called Prince and worked with them to get the right seal kit and is over nighting it to me at no charge ! I was fully expecting to pay for a new kit. Great service from this company.
