No vices whatsoever. In fact, I'm almost a saint. Relaxation...posting here on AS?

Right now, I am obliged to come home and work for at least an hour every night making my kids do their homework. MUCH more work & frustration than any tree.

Gave up most of my vices years ago. Now I sit back with an ice cold Mt Dew and a menthol trying to figure out what my kids are up to this time. Sneaky little devils.

Cold Icehouse with a coozy aruond it sitting on my workbench while I wrench on a motor that doesn't have to be running by any particular time schedule.

Cold Icehouse in a German beer mug while I sit on the hearth with a fire going from the wood I cut and split myself.

Cold Icehouse straight from the bottle sitting next to me in the garden while I pull weeds like an old lady in a flowery hat.

There's a repeating theme going on here...

Marb mediums. Never got into the chew. I like Rolling Rock bottles in the summer, Coors Light from the can while camping or golfing, and Johnny Red in the winter, neat. Sometimes I'll get Bowmore or Glenlivet, occasionally a bottle of Black depending on the wallet but this winter I'm trying to expand my taste for bourbon. Money's tight right now so I'm basically trying everything under $35 a bottle to see if I can find the "right" one.

I was wondering if someone else was going to bring up kids before me. Who has time for vices when you get home from work? The second I step foot in the door it's "daddy time" with my three girls. After cleaning up after them all day and listening to whining about watching tv, my wife is usually the one who needs the Jim Beam.

However, 8:00 bedtime for the kids means Malibu Rum and Coke for me. Banana or coconut. Sometimes Morgan Cokes but the general drink around my house is rum. Mmmmm.

I gave up skoal four years ago after dipping for 30 yrs---cold turkey--but still have the habit of reaching for that can (that's not there) in my pocket. make a little wine sometimes or couple times a yr---have a cold one. I find other things to do with my time ---don't have any brain cells to spare these days.

Bud Light Bottles that are COOOOLLLLLLDDDDD with HOTTTTT boneless wings Hockey.. and streaming Busty Milfs

I am addicted to pulp SF&F, so a good book and a dark beer go a long way. I used to drink like the jarhead I was, now it is one or two a day. Lite beer sucks, might as well pee in a glass. A good bock or IPA...

A doctor told me "quit or die" due to chronic bronchits and asthma after i got real sick on a Med float (LF6F-87) in Haifa Israel. Disentary and pneumonia in three lobes. I dropped from 266-195ish. Never liked the worm dirt.

I like to turn bowls, I cannot wait till we can build an addition and I can have a shop.

Hi, my name is John, and I am a Pepsi addict. I drink at least a bottle a day.

When i did drink it was usually just bud lite in the bottle or a michelobe.

Cut WAAAY back since the wife quit drinking over a year ago.
She was having a problem with the booze.I can take it or leave it,so ,I left it.

Used to drink a lot of diet pepsis but got dehydrated once this summer.
Now it's 2 small gatorades pr day ,and lots of bottled water.

Never chewed, but still suckin on the butts:Marlboro lights.
No left handed cigs in about 20 yrs.

Did a little nose candy 5 years ago when my ex was working her way away from me .Not for depression, but for celebration.1st time I felt myself wanting some during a weekday, thought better of it ,and just stopped doing it.

Crazy for the redheads.
Married my 3rd one a bit over 2 yrs ago.

So...I'm guessing you dig metal. That's cool. I never learned to play that fast and never really wanted to. I was always the stoner that said, "Hey man, ya wanna jam?" Not really, but I did learn most of my chops doing jazz band improv.

Yeah Blakes,

I am way into metal. I have been in two semi-famous bands and played shows and fests all over the country. Recorded 3 albums too. I loved it, but I had to grow up and get a real job...

I really dig jazz too, more for the intracies of the drumming than anything else. Oddly enough, I also ADORE classical music. I think overall, if I could only have one CD, it would be Paganini's 24 caprices. Paganini was the original badass.

That's when the music scene lost it's vibe to me. When my bandmates were talkin' dba's and writoffs and making a business I was all like "Whoa whoa whoa, I'm just lookin' to have fun and bang some chicks here."

Yeah Blakes,

I am way into metal.

Is that even legal in Oklahoma? LOL

Just messing with ya.

Pretty cool. My older brother used to play .

As far as the hobbies go ,for me it's racing when I have the extra $$,[wich ain't now]and I play guitar a bit ,mostly slow stuff BC I am stihl slow at it after all these years.

My son has just been playing 3 years ,and he plays hendrix, van halen and some guy called buckethead.Makes me green with envy, but proud at the same time.

Ozzy,

I'm not even gonna suggest bands for your son to check out. Sounds like he already has some good taste in music.

If I did suggest some bands for your boy, you would probably be at my door with a shotgun, wanting to know where you son has gone, and who the heathen living in your son's room is.

Metal is only barely legal in OK. One of my favorite things to do is to crank up the death metal in the F150 with the windows rolled down.

I got pulled over, ON FOOT, the first day I was in town. The cop was like "we don't get alot of big dudes covered in tattoos in our town". I said "well hello, My name is TJ Morris, and I live down the road, and I'm gonna be here a while. Nice to meet ya". The townsfolk all accept it now, but for a while they were a little concerned I was gonna sacrifice thier cattle and burn things down... Now they understand I'm just another working stiff trying to make a living. I like small towns.

After a long day? I have a bad habit of doing the paperwork part of the biz late every night. 3 girls here too so no time to party. A couple beers and partypoker online is about exciting as I get at night. Weekends are not for work though, ride motocross or woods whenever possible but f'd up knee right(again) due to my fav. hobby.

Thats funny:clap:

I only said that BC I have some distant relatives that live in Wilburton, and a few in Muskogee.

America has diversity everywhere you go.
We are still a big melting pot.
The few times I have been there the people were always friendly.

As for the heathen in my son's room,it is my son alreadyLOL
But he's a great kid,so I let him play to his hearts content, but true to my father's son,it's 2hrs pr nite of me saying "TURN THAT #### DOWN"
