so whats on your wish list? with the holidays coming i need to figure out a gift for my wife to put under the tree for me. think hot saw.....all suggestions are welcome.

I wanted a PS5100, but thats a tad pricey for people to get me. Instead, I'm probably only getting some square chisel files, and a few chains.

Ken,
Maybe you can check with one of the sponsers on this site to see if they have gift certificates. This would make it real easy for your wife and you can then get exactly what you want.
My wife spoke to the Stihl dealer that I like dealing with and although he does not have "gift cerficates" he did print up something. I put the $500.00 certificate towards the purchase of a 440 Magnum.

ok, an 088 hotsaw on alcohol wiht pipe. 10pin sprocket, 20" bar?

i already have a woods modded 088 with a pipe, 10 pin sprocket and 20 in bar, just not alcohol.

i can't decide if i want an alcohol saw or not. if i can't use it at work then how do i justify it? but then again i was thinking about a rotax or cart moter saw.........or a 346 on alcohol could be fun.

maybe i should set up a poll and see where the vote's go?

Ken, I'd be getting Dennis Cahoon to build you a bike saw. Maybe a 250 Honda, but I think the 500 Honda is right up your alley.
As some may recall, Dennis was on the Monster Garage showing Jesse his Honda 500.

A nice Browning citori over and under shotgun would be a gift I would accept with open arms, If you are into sport/competion shooting. You can spend anywhere from $1500-who knows what on one, depending on how fancy it is.

I would love to get a pair of 23 year old asian twins whose family owns a Liquir store.....but, if thats too much of a stretch. I would take a pair of Dolmars.......5100 and 7900.

my wish is to get my husky 2100 hotsaw built. i just need my Tillotson HL carb modded for alky and a custom intake manifold for it.

i have a thin ring piston, good cyl, lots of good cases.. even have a tuned pipe on the way once i get the payment for it sent off.

i could use a nice target rifle too..
this is my dream rifle right here..

My car is for sale.

Santa Clause is comming early. I stopped at the saw shop today and bought myself some safety chaps and about a dozen wedges. (it's the pits being one wedge short when you're felling)

The best part is the Dolmar PS5100 that should start making it's way out west. (ordered it yesterday). I'm curious how it'll compare with 026's.

Go for broke, & wish for the whole package ;).

A Lexus? Where do you put your saws in that? Hopefully you have a 4X4 pickup somewhere just outside camera range. ;)

For my wish list: A Dolmar 7900, a new log splitter,a new larger wood stove, and a new 2006 Corvette Z06 (427 cu. in., 505 HP)....but not in that order.

i finally saw dennis a few months ago.........very cool  . i guess the 250 would be better for triple cuts, the 500 looks like a hand full to control.

so dennis what do ya have kicking around the shop?

Ten tooth isn't enough for that saw, 12 or 13 is more like it. Besides I think Ken's $3000 won't get one for you.

Ken, get a small class saw to go with your 088 and start traveling around the NE. Give me a call, I can tell you where the shows are.
