Yeah, I think that outside of the U.S., that the brands of McCulloch and the brands of Electrolux kind of co-mingle. I have never really invested too much time into figuring it all out.

Hey Tom!

The way you handled this is a credit to you as a person, and as a representative of chainsaw users/enthusiasts the world over. Having made the call that your guy was genuine, you proceeded to educate him and start him on his journey. You could see it was simply ignorance and inexperience on his part. As was previously mentioned, this attitude always pays off in the long run. Additionally, it taught and encouraged him to help the next guy! That's a great ripple effect!

Great job Tom. I’ve always thought that an enthusiast‘s integrity should be measured by their actions when things went south more than when all was a success.
