Well I posted some new Big Saw Videos on youtube this evening. I still don't know how to link them to the post so if one of you more tech savvy guys could link it for me that would be great, or oyu guys can look em up on youtube. The first video is titled "Hoss's 990D". This is the one I recently rebuilt and it does need some more breakin and tuning, but by the second cut it was gettin with the program better.
The second video is titled "Hoss's 1690" this is the 139cc monster made by Skil. The only thing I messed up on was that the bar I used is the one I use on the large mount homelites and I forgot that the bar adjuster on the Skil is on TOP of the bar studs instead of underneath, so the oiler hole did not match up. Even though it was barely getting oil I am impressed by the power. I will make another video after I get a bar matched up and adjust the carb a bit more.
The third video is titled "Hoss's 650 Homie" I was real pleased with how this saw cut even with the 40% chipper chain. If this saw had had the chain that was on the Solo it would have been the fastest saw in this wood.
Thefourth video is titled "Hoss's Super 1130G" This is a strong running near mint geardrive saw and I am happy with it.
The fifth and last video is titled "Hoss's 603". This is one strong running Solo and not as heavy as you would think for a 103cc saw.
There will be more to come and I hope you guys like em.

I'm enjoying these new videos. I love the coveralls and hat, you look just like a cranky old boat captain we used to go crabbing with in the 70's off the southern Washington coastline.

Either one is fine by me. I'm just grateful for the help.
