So I finally finished making the rig to split the crankcase. Thats 3/4 inch thick bar stock and it slipped my mind as to how wide it is. I decided to drill 27/64 hole and tap it 1/2-13 for pushing the crankshaft out. The crankshaft slips up into the hole about half way through it or so. I left it at 3 ft long since I didn't really want to take the time to cut it off. Heres a couple pictures of it.

This shows the crankshaft sitting up inside the hole with the bolt out of it.

As you can see by the hole to left of the nuts it took me more than one try to get the holes lined up for it to go on right. Theres 2 more holes to the left of it that you can't see.

Just thought I'd post pictures of the rig I made. Of course I got the original design from the splitting the 066 crankcase thread.

I was going to but I was too lazy to cut it off since I don't have a chop saw. Didn't want to take the time with a hacksaw and I need a new blade for the hacksaw.
