Stihl 011AV IPL needed

Hi guys
just picked up a vintage 011av the saw is in decent shape put could use a few
av mounts if anyone has a ipl I would be grateful!
I know I should have asked before I bought it, but are these saws decent
for a saw saw?

i,ve owned one since new , probly 34 years now ,. its been a great tool and investment, and owes me nothing . over the years , i have bought a few of these to repair and resell . my original saw and others would eventually quit oiling the bar . the culprit usually was the diaphragm part ** in the the oiler system , which is effectively the bar oil pump . after having to replace several of these , i bought a few extra at one point and still have 1 left , they cost about $6.00 at the time . well the bad news is stihl stopped making these ** about 10 years ago ( and no aftermarket that i can find ) . and without this part pumping oil to the bar , and it will fail , you will own a 10 pound vibrating paperweight. good luck with your saw (( ** part # is 1120 640 3100 - " plunger w/diaphragm " ))

hopefully your saw is still oiling ? i watched ebay for years n never found a new one . here is a tip , if it still pumps , never let the bar oil tank sit empty , and run the saw frequently . these saws with the diaphragm , pump oil continually when running , even at idle . to minimize mess , you can remove bar / chain and watch the port on the side of saw to see if it is oiling - and ez er cleanup . dont over rev the saw without bar n chain
