Stihl 015 value?

i am supposed to meet up with a guy tonight to sell him my 015. I'm not really into these small saws and figured its worth a $100?? The saw looks like new, was definitly taken care of. I just did a tune up to it, put a new fuel line in it, ground the chain and cleaned it up all pretty. The saw runs great and has good power.
I'm just curious if this is a fair price to sell it for?
