The ES bar is more heavy duty. It's a solid bar instead of laminated and has a replaceable tip.

The "farm boss" is same as the Stihl E bar. Decent bars and should be fine for your 026.

I guess my question is more about the durability of the farm boss bar. I just did a tear down and rebuild of this saw over the winter and I want a bar that’ll last awhile and perform well. I plan on doing a muffler mod. It’ll mostly be my go to for simple woodcutting.

You won’t like an ES on an 026. They are substantially heavier. The bar you bought is good quality and will be fine...
