Is it recomended to run saw after servicing without bar just to get it up and running,will this cause any problems:rockn:

Sure, just see if it runs. You won't be able to tune it without an appropriate load (bar and chain) for the engine.

Don't run it at WOT without a load and without some idea of what it will rev to.
