Stihl 044 what's the best cylinder

I recently picked up a 12mm 044 with the straight fin non decomp cylinder. From my understanding these cylinders are kind of rare but I can't find much about how they perform compared to the 12mm slant and 10mm. If someone more knowledgeable could shed some light on this for me. Thanks in advance and I'm sorry if this topic has been covered already I tried to find my answer but to no avail.

It's a 12mm. Thank you I've already done my research on this issue and know what piston to use. I was just curious as to which variant of the the cylinder supposedly performs the best.
