Stihl 070 questions

I do know it realize the potential for it to "flare" up but I got my fingers and toes crossed. The saw has a 404 drive sprocket.

Farmer if you feel that way id hate for you to find out what I paid or didn't pay for it...
Id also be in the market for a larger bar if anyone has one they wld like to have a new home. Saw is at the welders shop hoping to get a chunk of the mag. where the front handle attaches, put back on. Welder tried to scare me with it might catch fire and cant put it out. I told him to keep it cool, id like the saw back not a tiki torch.

i have a 3/8 25" stihl bar you can have. it's used but i think still ok. it came with some new bars i bought at an auction.

I have a 3/8 36 inch bar 0n another oldie (056 mag) but the drive clutch on the 070 is 404. Appreciate the offer though. I have bought a lot of saws and if you think I "suck" on this one you should have seen some of the others. Like the 5.00 036 with bar and chain. Needed an oil pump worm and oil pump. My Stihl dealer sells me all the non running saws for next to nothing. etc, etc, etc...... The boy with the most toys winssssss.
