The guys I work with hate using my saws, lol, I have a 291, (I completed the engine upgrade “myself” thank you, not bad for a girl, if I do say so myself) so it’s more like a 391 now, I also have a 362c, and 461. They grab one of mine and act like the extra lb - lb and a half whatever is worst thing ever. I tell them would you rather carry that saw off and on for 8-10hrs or a 20-30lb toddler for 4hrs? Most of them look at me blank thinking for a second and reply with “the saw”. Lol I tell them “that’s what I thought.” (At least it doesn’t have temper tantrums, whine, or cry with exceptions of weather changes, need changing or time outs for potty breaks and doesn’t need fed anything other than a good mix and bar oil! LOL) Yeah my arms and core muscles are definitely pretty ripped after a good season, but at least I look younger and I’m in better shape than most women my age.

Lol, no doubt about that, I just think it’s a little humorous, they complain about that little bit of a weight change, when it could be so much worse, (as you proved with an actual saw.) I only chose the first thing that came to mind out in the field for a quick comparison. Some are younger than I and some are older, although I believe the older gentleman on the crew, I feel, have earned their right to have first dibs on the lighter equipment when we get to a job.
