Sorry to be posting so many threads, but I have heard a lot of you guys talking about the 090, and I was thinking of maybe buying one. I was wondering if any of you had one for sale, it doesn't have to be modified just a 090. If one is in my price range I might buy it. Thanks for any input you have.

Open market price will probably be around $750+ if you find guys who have one. (Now I've started somebody out there thinking who might want $80 for his)

There's one up on eBay right now. Nine days to go.

I am now kicking myself for not buying one from Gypologger when he was selling them on e-bay. I' have no need foer a saw that big but this is more about want than need anyway.

There have been some real steals on eBay in the past. Someone sold an 090 for $350 on Buy It Now. A little while later a couple went in the $500 at open auction.

Camel, what does $225 euros work out to in US$ ?
When I saw your post, I first thought, " How'd those 090's get over to Germany?"
Then the "duh" light went on.
Got mine on Ebay for $300. It was listed in an odd way, so if you searched for Stihl chainsaw, it wouldn't come up, probably didn't get much exposure.
Quite a machine! Got it for milling, but I think I will get a shorter bar for it and cut up some firewood, just for fun.
Good luck,
George

What size bar you got there,Steve?Did you make it or buy it?I got some roller tip bars but only one fits the 090 I got and it is 32" long.I need like a 20" to 25" roller tip that would be sweet:D
