Over here, Stihl shops are not stocking the 400- it does not sell- retail is too close to the 500i so bigger is always better- if you are going to spend that much on a saw, might as well drop a little more cash for a large leap in performance.
Any 362 I have run is not that impressive for the asking price- so this one would need to retail a lot cheaper than a 500i to stop casual users opting for 311's or 391's.
I realise geographic differences influence choices- just explaining what happens here.
