Sold Stihl 461R PHO

I bought this new a few months ago, and used it for some of my tests here - http://www.arboristsite.com/community/threads/bar-mania.265892/

- I've only run the saw (conducted tests) using full oiler and using stihl ultra syn + 92 oct gas with out ethanol.

- Always removed the bar & chain after each test.
- It sits in my office on my desk. (wife thinks im nuts)

...basically the saw has been treated like royalty. lol yeah i do need help.

I did a 3x ported muffler. see below.
and after that I ended up shaving the H limiter tab off...just needed to go a little richer. She hauls ASS!!!

$975 + shipping - shipping weight is about 17lbs so I'm guessing around $20-25 UPS for most places. Ships wrapped up in a ton of bubble wrap in original box.

I did a video on it for a gentleman who was interested...probably just easiest to show that. See below But if you guys want more pics let me know and i'll take some.




Trying different muff mods with it... settled on the 3x as the best

With tax you're not going to be anywhere near the price he's offering. It's a good deal.

That is about my price at a dealer I am good friends with for pho new.....but here you get the r model plus all the muffler work and dual port cover. So this is a good deal. That is my only thing I have against St IHL is their prices continue to go up. The 461 is a heck of a saw....I am tempted for sure.

I paid 949.00 plus tax on my R model , and you get a dual port muffler with this deal...i say its not a bad price at all !

Does it include a HD2 filter and square filed chain at factory angles too?

I have the exact same tri port muffler set up on my 460 (same 3rd deflector and dual port cover)!!

This is a super nice/clean saw and a good price. The R model alone costs more than the standard 461 and the extra 2 exhaust ports will run you over $50, easy..

I wish I had the cash. The 461 is on my want list and I like wrap models!

Dex looking at your bench its easy to tell that you NEED this saw. Having said that once you put that 681 topend on you WILL have the strongest stock 80cc saw on the market. You need a Solo 656....unlike the 665 that shares the same chasiss as the 675/681 the 656 has its own chassis and is easily the strongest 50cc saw l have run and l have a ms261/550xp. Just don't tell anyone or there will be none left.
