Want to Trade Stihl Chain Saw Neon Sign

I have had this Stihl neon sign for years. It was working when I took it off the wall. I sat it on the bench and something fell and broke a tube. Of course it is no longer working. I was going to get it fixed but then really what will I do with it.....
I would like to re-home it and the new owner can fix it. I do not know what a fair price is on it so let's talk trades. I know I got a quote from a shop here to recreate it with LED and that was crazy high.
