Problem with ’official’. STIHL grinding info, is that it it based on the STIHL USG grinder.

The angles are confusing, when compared to your Oregon grinder.

Lots of chain angle and filing information on that folded piece of paper, packed in each box of STIHL chain.

If you look up the specific chain on the manufacturers website it should give you filing spec's, often there will be a chart with the spec's for all their common chains. As Philbert mentioned, if you're using a grinder you may find it more straight forward to "adapt" the hand file angles/file sizes to your grinder angles/wheel sizes
