stihl chainsaw tensioner repair

the locking bolt and the center bearing (the 2 silverish pieces in this pic), are they typically available for purchase without buying the entire assembly? they're both missing on a chainsaw (Stihl MS211) i'm trying to get operational again

Seems its an M4 x 5 stihl pt no 9041 319 0600

Just had a look at several other saws like the ms250, and its the same sized screw and part no, so fairly universal in its fitment.

The center bush in the middle, is not available separately, looks like its part of the adjuster assy as a whole.
