Well Ive tried 3 times to get the Stihl made in West Germany tag , and I keep getting the plastic Stihl tag. Is anybody rebuilding stihl saws having trouble getting them. If you are getting them can I please have a part number. Ive got some of the tags but the writing is worn off them. So I thought id try to make a sticker to put on the tag , but its a pita to get the color right and the size. Any help would be appreciated.

The "West germany" tag is gone. MIght be a few around at the likes of cheapstihlsawsparts etc. You can still get the "Stihl - Made in Germany" metal tag and the "Stihl" metal tag. In general the replacements just say "stihl".

0000 967 2035 - this is the plastic plate.
0000 967 2020 - Likely just "Stihl".

Rivits - 0000 974 1000
