If it's off a small amount, it will be hard for you to tell exactly what's going on. Do you have a 3/8 impact gun?

Run the entire wiring harness for continuity. It may look just fine but have one spot severed inside the plastic covering.

Here's mine at TDC (as close as I could get it). You probably won't catch a few degrees off with your eyes, but if it's off by a lot I hope I could help.
