Ha a great running saw with a sharp chain can drop a good amount... A stubborn pine can stop even the "biggest" saws.

alot nicer then mine. mines one of those saws where you come up to your wood trailer after a week and realize that you forgot it in there in the pissing down rain :). i actually purposely do that to it though. doesn't hurt it at all and i'm trying to kill it so it lives with the wood. it just won't die. sure runs good and has absolutely nothing wrong with it but i like my 346's better. i met a guy in the woods who wanted a tree down and said he didn't want to do it cause he didn't have enough saw (he had a 372). i dropped that SOB right where he wanted it with the 260 ;)

He was right...a "husky" wasn't enough saw !!!!
Good thing you brought the Stihl !! :D

depends on how ya look at it. i was seeing it more as it don't matter how sweet of a saw you got (372), if you a brain dead scared chicken **** ***** nothings gonna help you :D that stihl i literally neglect. not to the point where it don't get it's maintenance but to the point where it would be pretty still if it had a place inside. doesn't hurt it at all. like all my saws i'll clean it up one day and sell it for more then i paid. i think it was actually damn near new when i got it.
