Selling a 271 to fund an upcoming ms440 build.
Has the farm boss emblem on the side, and the 271 is ten numbers better than the 261, so don’t pass it up! Plenty of room for your sweet Magnum and/or PRO sticker too!
Kidding aside, it’s a nice runner. I welded a dual port on the muffler, and drilled free the limiter tabs on the carb, so at least it’s running right. Chinese AM chain brake paddle, but the brake itself is oem. Has Stihl safety chain that I cleaned up with a couple passes of a file and set the rakers on.
Doesn’t leak at all, so no bar oil diaper needed.
Buy it to keep as a nice loaner, or as a backup for when your real saw gets pinched.
$200 local pickup with bar and chain.
Will ship PHO if your interested, and I’ll cover half the USPS cost from 03811.
