Stihl repair tools needed - Dealers help

I need to get some Stihl tools. I am looking for prices and availability on the following items, as I need them pretty quick, my local dealer said 2-3 weeks and I need them quicker than that so hopefully somewhere here has some either new or used.

All the tools I'm looking for are for 026-066 size saws. I've seen slightly different parts numbers for these so hopefully the numbers will help

1. AS Tool 5910 007 2205 (including any other accessories necessary)
2. ZS Tool 5910 007 2200 (including any other accessories necessary)
3. Puller 5910 890 4400 (including necessary jaws)
