Got it now, without the safety, just to see if it ran. The long shaft from the trigger safety goes down into the hollow part of the trigger. Put the control shaft into the "choke" position - it helps with assembly and holding it all together.

Where does the "long shaft" rest, when everything is neutral? The safety doesnt seem to want to spring back all the way. It worked fine before I got at it. On the bright side, it runs great now.
