They're both great .... BUT ... hands-down win to Husqvarna for putting their service information out for EVERYONE to see - not just dealers - and the same with parts. As a former mechanic, I will NEVER buy a Stihl, since sourcing parts outside of the dealer network is infuriating to impossible.

Any company that's run like a dictatorship over its customers I extend BOTH middle fingers to. Husqvarna FOR THE WIN.

Troll or not…
2 and 3 series Husqvarnas, I like better than any Stihl. 5 series, about equal. I’ll take a Rancher over Stihl midrange.

No. The verdict, amongst those of us who have used these tools for decades, is that there isn't a "best" brand. There might (notice the bold) be a "best" model of saw for a specific application, but there isn't a "best" brand for all applications.
