Never had one, likely never will.

And the higher standard of cleaning is reason #8,947 why I'm still single!

Reminds me of a Joke... and any resemblance to reality is purely coinsidental...!!

When I was married 30 years, I took a look at my wife one
day and said, "Honey, 30 years ago, we had a cheap apartment,
a cheap car, slept on a sofa bed and watched a 10 inch black
and white TV, but I got to sleep every night with a hot 25
year old blonde.

Now, we have a nice house, nice car, big bed and plasma screen
TV, but I'm sleeping with a 50 year old woman. It seems to me
that you are not holding up your side of things."

My wife is a very reasonable woman. She told me to go
out and find a hot 25 year old blonde, and she would make sure
that I would once again be living in a cheap apartment,
driving a cheap car, sleeping on a sofa bed.

Aren't older women great. They really know to solve your
mid-life crises....

I just smile and say with a wink "nope, got one!"... Not everyone has a sense of humor, I have learned.

No, you're right SawTroll. It's not so much crying out of sadness, it's crying from the realization that I'll still be single when I'm 60, and I'll still be posting here in 30 years, with nothing better to do than to sit here in my underwear drinking a beer talking about saws with you guys!

Now hey, you can't knock that....

LOL :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:

What kind of dog is it - Labrador?

Our Gordon Setter stopped liking saws after he heard the 361.

Together with Clearance, he must be the only one that doesn't like the 361.

I particularly like the saw stain (I assume it's a "saw" stain) on the carpet to the left of the log!!

Hey, take advantage of your freedom - drag (or drive) a Harley into the living room and start a restoration. You might meet the girl of your dreams.

So.... what do Clearnace and the Setter have in common? :ices_rofl:

The "Easy Start" is a POS... I won't sell it unless the person is physically disabled (seriously). It's not "Easy start" - it's "Easy Pull". If you miss the pop at choke, next wind up and spin will flood - then it really is a PITA to get restarted - you can't "long arm" a flooded Easy Start....

I refer to them as "UN-easy Start", but Stihl hasn't adopted my reference in national advertising yet.

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates the Stihl Easy Start. To me it's takes more time to start than the regular way. If you already have it started it makes a great show to restart but the initial start is terrible. We also sell it only on demand. That means if a customer demands it.

Actually yes. But he's a bona fide hunting dog. It's amazing how many labs don't hunt at all, but they're good dogs in most every role, so that's cool. I'm just proud to be able to say that I actually use mine to point and retrieve birds. Just like I'm proud to say that I actually use the 4x4 and Mud-Terrains on my truck, unlike most that never leave pavement. ;)

Nothing, I believe, unless Clearance has black and tan fur...

Clearance didn't like that the fuel tank leaked after a chain derailing, and the Setter doesn't like the sound of it.....

Dysons are awesome, we love ours. By far and away the BEST vacuum cleaners out there.
I am not a fan of the Easy Start either, looks like a liability more than an advantage. I do however like the decompression valve on my 260 Pro, that makes starting a real snap.

How do you drop-start a saw with that feature.....

Deco-valves are a totally different story - they also helps the starter on the saw last longer.;)
