grrr... Well thanks JJ! I got the 52 Oregon 404. unfortunatly you send skip and I have non-skip tooth.

Back on the hunt to finish my big loop!

Looking for 20ish links of Oregon 52 non-skip 404 063 chain. Or any compatible 404 063 chain to complete my loop.

Nathan,
How big of a loop are you making?

PM me your address. I have a large loop I can send you.

Looking for three 046 parts.

1. Air Filter Hanger / Velocity Stack
2. Carb Tuning Grommet
3. Air Filter Cover

Butt ugly is fine as long as its serviceable.

I have a pile of take-off pro Stihl parts to swap. Look at my sig line....the parts came off those saws.
I have piles of gun parts too. Saiga, AK, AR mostly.

Tony

E-mail is best, since I don't watch this board all the time. [email protected]

That is a nice bunch of saws! I thought I had it bad! LOL

Jacob I may be interested in one of those 18" small husky (K095) mount bars for my Homelite XL-103. Got a 3/8" pitch sprocket nose?

Shane that is a fixed H side SDC. The angled screw near the filter stud plate is the L side needle. The idle speed screw threads through the carb body and into the venturi where it bears on the throttle plate. You can see the hole for it just left of the center of the carb body in that pic. It's a weird looking screw with a long unthreaded tip on the end. On saws that have an external idle speed screw that bears on the throttle arm, the internal idle speed screw isn't used....and that hole in the catb could be plugged with a short screw with some loctite on it...

Where would it be externally adjusted? I will look at it again tonight. It looks to me it has to have a screw in there but I will study it some more. The way it is now it will idle to a low speed until you let go of the throttle and then the butterfly closes and saw stalls:confused:

The screw that's on its way will prevent that butterfly from closing.

Are you looking for this?

Some of the 10-series saws have a long idle speed adjustment screw that passes through the left wall of the carb box. It bears on the throttle arm. Allows you to adjust the idle speed with the AF and cover installed.

Does anyone have an extra stihl to husky bar mount adapter laying around? I would order one from baileys but it would be next tuesday before I see it and I need it before next Thursday.
