Anyone have a clutch for a homelite 240 tophandle?

Had a friend come over today, and we were getting it cleaned up...An BANG while I was tuning it....the clutch let a spring go thus messing up 4 more.

I think I have the 61 adjuster. How's that thing running? We never did get to put enough time on it to be sure the gremlins were all gone.

It ran awesome with a 20" bar  as did the 372 and the 260 :hmm3grin2orange:

I'd take the adjuster off your hands if you find it

Thanks

Are there any members in the Boise, ID area

That would be willing to help with the purchase, and shipping, of a saw?:D

Poulans

I have a couple of truckloads of Poulan complete saws and carcasses. The 4018/4218 types I have a couple of really nice saws only with ^%#&$^(#& cylinders, and the smaller 2150/2375 types, I have a bunch including good engines. Also have a PP255, 2900, and several good running PP220/260s.

PM and I have a trade/want list if that makes things easier:

PP kombi attachments and carb parts PPB300
FS45 starter recoil
MS360 recoil plate
034 super plastic (clean, unfaded)
or just about anything chainsaw if it strikes a fancy.
Husqvarna 350 parts

Looking for a piston and ring for a poulan/craftsman 42cc wild thingy type, piston kit for reference 530071408. PM me please I have paper for a part.

This would be for a non strato. Thanks for your help!
Brian

Ha how many of those do you have in your truck load? Got one on the way I am all set thanks for your help.

I'm needing a handle and starter assembly for a Husky 61. A starter cover will work but a whole assembly would be nice. These parts are for a friends 61 that a pine rolled onto, he has cash to trade. PM me if you have anything, thanks.

Could you get a picture of the recoil rotor? I should have at least a shell laying around either way. As in handle, fuel tank or wrap?

Does anybody have a poulan non strato wildthing engine in the 42cc? Trying to build a cheap play toy.

Bumpity Bump :wink2: I blew the last one up running it too lean with the pipe on it.

Scott this is really your fault, I needed one piece and you gave me enough to build a army of these saws. Now my play thing (wildthing) is in need of a heart transplant. I think if I hunt a engine down Im going to try and put a larger carb on it:msp_wink:

372xp

Looking for some basic used parts for a 372xp...

Kickback (chainbrake) handle and possibly the side cover with the brake in it as well as hardware to mount to the left side of the saw.
Used 24" bar for it maybe with a loop to match
Rear handle safety lever (goes on top of the rear handle)

Let me know what you have kicking around and what you want for it...greatly appreciated!

After some MS290 parts

Air-filter
Air-filter cover
The winter/summer door thingy
The carb adjustment plug
metal flange that goes on the face of the carb under the nuts to retain the carb

I have some bar around here some chains, to very nice loops of .325 oregon for 16" bar on a Dolmar drive count?

Also have paypal or dried up paper money with dead people on it.

Since everyone hates Stihl 290s these parts should be easy to find:D Also I see there is a difference from the 029 airfilter so I need for sure the 290 style with the hole in the back for the carb fuel pump

Dose anyone have a good sprocket for a Remington mighty mite? I can use 1/4 pitch or LP.

If you have one let me know what you need in trade.

Got a new one that I'm pretty sure is for your saw, got to check the numbers first to be sure.
