Is anybody interested in this big old saw, it could use piston and rings and I'm not sure on the cylinders condition. It is complete and from what I can tell it's only missing 1 strap that holds the handle to the saw.
Wants:::ioneer P40/50/60 series saw in similar condition, stihl 038 super bottom end, or ?

Bumping this up one more time, I took a better look at the p/c and may be able to get away with honing and rings. I couldn't get a look at the exhaust side of the cylinder without tearing it all apart.

the 900 evl need a coil it will start but the coil starts missing at high rpm and the husky 50 looks nice will need a piston and rings i like to trade or sell to a big homelite or mcculloch running pm me i will pm u my number

Need a piston and cylinder for a Stihl TS700/TS800 demo saw. New style with the 3 inlet intake

I have a Homelite XL800, carb needs to be rebuilt, Stihl 031 runs good, not perfect, in the process of gettng the air filter box/cover to make it complete.

Stihl 015L choke knob or whatever widget holds it on the the shaft.

You accidently pull the dumb thing off and then can't index it without removing the air filter.

Is this thing even worth fixing? It does run good..................................................now.

I loved my 2 015's, only one had a choke lever on it. Deffinatley worth fixin.

I suspect a spring steel sleeve goes over the plastic to secure it to the choke shaft. Am I correct?

I'd keep this thing but then I'd have to come up with yet another bar/chain.

I don't think anything goes over the plastic lever. I think it's grooved inside to fit the choke shaft.

thats how i remember, just slips over. I got a buddy that has a few, Ill look next time im at his place.

this is the 900 ehco befor i cleaned it i cleaned on it the other night for two hours and rebuilt the carb good gas line just needs the coil replaced all is there no cracks real good plastic.. piston and rings is in great shape holds 150 pounds of compression
