Target Quickie Off topic?? Carb fixes or mods?

Does it count if I was looking for a part for my partner saw and found a guy who shipped off all of his old stuff and had a target and a few homelites left? Scored a deli slicer too. Anyways I'll be brave and ask. 'bout got this saw to run. The guy mentioned it may need a carb adjustment. I have a savant guy across the street that can fix or identify most issues with small engines. Anyone know about these saws? Or got any cool leads to weirdo stuff for these.
