Whats the sad news.Sad news
Whats the sad news.
Hope all is well, been a while.
The piston looks like a 268 with a popup, you could have put a standard piston back in it or had another popup like that one made.
Obviously this is an old thread.
That's sad to hear. Was told yesterday or day before that Simon passed away
Thanks, didn't know that.Simon passed away this past weekend from cancer.
The piston was from a Jonsered 670.

Is that the 562 I sent you, did you get the 346 back too.Might be stuck in one of these holes or either still on top shelf, not sure as I’m not there
So would it be for sale?Might be stuck in one of these holes or either still on top shelf, not sure as I’m not there

Hey Dave. What's the difference between the 670/268 pistons.
I don't know. Maybe no difference. I never saw much of the 268's. I thought SawTroll said the 670's were the hottest running of the 266 series (not including 272s) but maybe that was how the cylinders were done and maybe they had the same pistons 268's and the 670's.
