Good morning Matty 2. Was thinking about you request for an oil pump, I will make a call or 2 over the weekend for you, the boys are getting ready for Tenterfield show today, so best leave them alone till its over.

Before the ignored person has a dig at why I am not there the answer is simple, those boys are just too darn quick for me to have a chance so I will stay home today, that will do him.

Thanks mate I just need the square section oring I could maybe dodge mine up but I don't want an air leak. Got a pack of ten crank seals from the uk so I should be ok for those for a while.

ok, yea I will have a look threw some of my old bits, years ago I gave boxes of 2100 bits away to a mate, though I would never need 2100 parts again.

I used some roundup on some weeds in the garden last weekend. I recon its fertiliser the way there booming along

Could be resistant. The US now has more planted area that has Glyphosate resistance than Australia has entire planted area. That's one of the reasons why Paraquat is short.

There is a lot of things you need to do to get Glyphosate working properly though.

Best thing I have found is old brake fluid kills **** dead in a couple of hours . But no idea what it does to the soil so its only used as a last resort. Great on bamboo

True true Bob. It's called chemical translocation and only occurs when sap is flowing and only occurs with certain chemistry. Spraying dormant weeds is one of the reasons we have resistant herbicides.

with out these half the western world would starve next week


Still if you want to whack a weed try boiling water or if can give it some steam if yer can, this works just as good on the above ground parts

Dead right, only it wouldn't be the western world starving, it would be everybody else
Glyphosate is pretty toxic to marine flora and fauna and there is some evidence to suggest that it can be transferred between target and off target plant species via roots touching.
We also now have weeds that are both glyphosate AND paraquat resistant, all in the same bloody plant
