I've got 1500 of those Hornady Zombie Max 50gn .224" pills sitting at SARA to pick up. $97 per 500. Hope they go alright.

yep i did but thought you could with a bit of nostalgia ....

the pills are posed to be the same as the vmax but the varmageddon has better splat value

when i was a kid them's was penny bangers

yes I believe they were.......

when I was a boy (after leaving school) and was allowed to have a go at a real chainsaw in a real job situation, I thought I could cut pretty good for a boy,,,, then I learned the hard way how wrong I was....... but I'm still alive and can still use one so I'm happy with that.

(last comment was with no reference at all to fire crackers but that's life and I drifted off to the younger days for a bit)

Please proceed with some more Husky pics......

Hey all,

I was using my Husky K960 concrete saw today and its playing up. It started to loose power under load. I first thought out of fuel so I filled it up. It still did it and very quickly stalled out. I could re start it, not the usual one pull but it would start, but then it didnt like to rev. I cracked the tank cap, no difference. I thought I may have double mixed the fuel, so I went and bought fresh and did a fresh mix. I wasnt able to dump the existing out anywhere, but gave it one more go as it had now cooled down. Started easy, reved ok and I thought maybe just some gunk or such. It soon bogged down again. It them started to miss fire or pop...

When I got home I checked the plug and have been told it looks ok for colour. I dumped the fuel, put new mix in. I stripped down the pre filter and filter and all look good. The carb throat is a little wet.

I totally rebuilt this saw with new OEM piston and cylider, fuel filter, air filters and did a full carb strip rebuild.I had a thread on the carb but all the pics are gone.

Any idea where to start to look for probems?
