They came up empty as well. This is getting very interesting. Just how rare are these saws?
Looks like both saws were made for a couple of years - looking at Barretts chainsaw parts

Nothing in pdf as nobody must have taken the time to scan the manuals. I do have ipls and one small clymer service manual.

My saw is an 83 234se, that I happened to find under a bench in a basement with a 77 340SE.
Your scan has what I was after, I figured the no load was going to be around 15K based on the other saws on this chassis, but I wasn't sure so I played it safe and set it to 14,000, wanted to get some time on it and make sure it wasn't going to explode as it was stuck when I dragged it home.

Sooooooooooo many thanks for posting this whenever you did..... my manual evaporated and this was a Godsend!
