Hey Ray. Looks like the limit thing has fixed. Went into my conversations and it doesn't say anything about the limit anymore.

Yes it worked this morning. The software was upgraded - conversations are searchable , which helps me greatly . The 7 conversation limit may have been the software default?

My limit is now 1000 convos, so all I have to do is delete several hundred more to get under the limit so I can start helping with the manual requests again. It will be a while - I can stand doing such a tedious task for only so long in one sitting.
