Begging for Tillotson IPL or manual

Does anyone have an IPL or manual for the Tillotson carbys that were used on the PM 270 chainsaws. The HL manual on the Tillotson site is different to the HL109A that I have on my PM270's. I need to tune the carby on one saw as it wont start without spray incentives.
