Stan, you better get a pic up of that pair, or I'll slip in a pic of mine on ya and steal your thunder again.

I happen to have a 346 in my line up, but she sure isn't anything to write home about. Of course, it has that bothersome "CS" in front of it. It is a great trail saw and works well riding around on the track loader. I would definitely not give it all the hoopla the Husky 346 seems to get. It sure is feather-light though.

Glad it's not just me.

I guess it should be mentioned that it's made my Echo and only has around 34cc's. Maybe that's why I can't give it a lot of hoopla.:monkey:

i have to say my 346 cuts way better than I ever dreamed.in a 8 inch limb will beat my 441:chainsawguy:

Probably because you rocked out the chain on the 441 and the Husky 346 is brand new!!:hmm3grin2orange:

Man, Stan. My 441 is screaming fast in small wood. I may have to try to see one of those Husky's in action.

hi all No PA Plumber both have new chains.Seriously in a 6 inch limb the 346 beats the 441 but not in 12 inch.I have to say of the saw I have used pound for pound the 346 outcuts them all.I have to admit really starting to like Husqvarna.Making me think of a 385 xp :greenchainsaw: I do have pics of the new 346 if can get them on here
Husqvarna 346 XP

Welp I guess in 2 inch wood a swift downward swing with a axe beats any saw ever made. If ya think that 346 is a mean little moma pound for pound give a 5100 Dolmar a try, then you will really see a mean fast little moma. Glad ya like ya new saw Stan, really I do. I hear alot of good stuff about the 346. Tant really my cup of tea but by Joe if she's a sawing lil monster then you should be delighted and it seems you are. Glad ya like it.
