There's been plenty of days where I would have been farther ahead if I had never stepped outside. Curious, Florida, if your boss is paying you under the table, or are you " on the books"? Do you get any benefits, like paid stat holidays, vacation pay, PPE allowance, etc?

Your boss sounds a little shady, but we are only hearing one side of the story. Just sayin'

I get paid by the day I make 150 a day he says on a real dangerous tree he pays 200 but I have never seen it. And I put some live oaks on the ground that we should of had a Crane on. Sometimes he shorts me when I'm in the bucket truck being he thinks That's so much easier but really it's not cause I do 5times the work and cutting then I do when I'm climbing.
