Last week of October it starts getting good

I was amazed to find it already

I found five last year, including a pair. The pair was mid March

November 3rd my buck came in hard on some bleats followed by grunts

Saw a little guy(maybe born this spring) hop on the back of another small one last week.

I chatted with the girl’s father, he loves the attention my father gives his daughter. I told him I thought it was amazing he brings her along and gets her outdoors experiencing life

It was a very good feeling knowing my dad was making this girls life a little better

How old is your dad.
I went skiing last Tuesday, had a great time, first time my kids have gone. We got finished and I realized I didn't fall once(did seem like I was going down a few times), and I went hard a good number of times after watching the kids go. First time on skis since 2011, just like riding a bike .

Hey everyone. We had a touch of winter, 3" of powder plus some drifting. Plowed about 1/3 of our customers tonight and will do a few more tomorrow.

Tomorrow is my 1 year anniversary with GF. May have found a keeper here!

Went out for a scrounge of red oak on the weekend. The conditions for hauling with the sled are perfect as the snow is minimal and has been rained on and froze making it perfect for going anywhere. The old 1989 Indy trail still gets the job done. CSS ended up with
a 4'x8'x16" stack

For AM carbs for small engines (chainsaws, weed whips, lawn mowers, etc) I've tried to use only "Hipa" brand carbs. Seems to be a little more reliable, but maybe my loyalties are misplaced? Anyone use "Huztl" brand Carbs and parts?

That looks like a "Jet Sled" brand sled like we use for duck hunting. Did you add the metal handle? If so, how?

Must have cut 30-40 ash trees in this woods. No nails or fence wire. Till yesterday. Tree was in the center of the woods and not sure why this was near the bottom. After dropping I cut from top down and didn't find anymore metal.

I’ve found old bullets before, not fun to find with a saw. But pretty cool when you are splitting and can find them and dig them out

How bad did it get your chain?

Got the new boot on the saw . New Makita piece was fairly cheap even with shipping. Waiting on the carb

Took a lot of filing to get it back in shape. At least it wasn't a new chain. I have a couple of bullets I've found while splitting
