Are you guys seriously roping into dead trees and taking them down???

What sort of structural tests are you doing to determine how sound the wood is?

A throw ball to an arborist is like what a scalpel is to a surgeon. Its one of the most important pieces of a climbing kit. Although it takes allot of time to master the throwball, once your good at it, it is by far the fastest and most efficient way to get an excellent access point into the tree.
 
Tag lines and rigging lines can be set from the ground using your throw line. Does not have to be a climbing line.
