I have owned a timbwolf tw6 for approx. 6 years. 2 years ago I sold it for the purchase of an allwood redwood series with 2 mods, 30" stroke and the 4 valve system same as the tw6. about a year ago my allwood was stolen and luckily I had replacement value insurance. I was so impressed with the allwood splitter I ordered the exact same machine (redwood). the only diff was a 8 way wedge. it splits everything..... by the time you add all options to the tw that come standard on the allwood, the allwood is cheaper and far better built. tw6 has a 22 gal/min pump, allwood has 28 gal/min pump. tw6 has a 5" cylinder, allwood has a 6" cylinder. tw6 has 13" tires, allwood has 15" tires. The owner (Bobby) is a great guy to deal with and if it's not right he will make it right. one of the ears on my 6 way wedge wasn't to my liking on my first splitter. He made another and sent it to me asap. Doesn't get better than that. As I live in Taxachusetts, with shipping, and mods it was $50.00 more than a tw6. If you want to buy a name than buy a tw6, if you want value for your money than allwood.i
Update. Still runs like new. Happy, happy, happy. Should also mention I get my wood from local wood guys. Always 3+ ft in diameter. The stuff they don’t want. Only use the 6 wedge. Still have not used the 8 wedge.

If I had an 8 way wedge for my tw6, I don't think it would be off very often.
