The kerf isn't going to change unless you go with narrow kerf or .325".

How cheaply can you ship to Aus for long bars? I want a 24", 32" and maybe also a 36" in husky large mount.

At the prices Randy is quoting you should land each of the above longer bars here for an average of less than AUD$100. That is cheaper than my normal dealer list price on bars of this length.
Not trying to cut Randy's lunch (sorry Randy) but Jakmax do have the Tsumura bars in 24" in Australia and I have a few here. By the time you take freight into account it would be cheaper to buy a 24" one in Australia. The only Tsumura bars available here are 20" and 24" in .058" and .063" which is why I'm ordering a few short bars in .050" and a few longer bars as Tsumuras in my eyes are the best bars out there.

What did I do this time? Hey just check that the right amount came through via Paypal Randy. I paid on my iPad and I know that unless I send the money as a gift sometimes the seller can wear a few extra charges. This may not be the case when you send me an invoice, not sure.
