Tree Identification Help Needed - Picture Attached

Hey I don't know much about it beside the picture - located in Ontario. Any info would help.

Yep! That's a tree. If I had to guess, which I do because the pic is so dark, I'd say it's a Maple.

pic is small and dark. either beech or oak although ive never seen either have a bend like that.

Jeremy I have a beech near me that has a wicked bend in it, will try and get a pic this week, it's along the trails where i walk the dog. We still aren't 100% sure what tree we are even talking about here though. Originally poster where did ya go?
 
It still looks like a Maple. Can't tell for sure, but it looks as if it's had a leader that broke away from it at the bottom.

Seems as though the OP has disappeared lol wonder why they do that. I can understand if they are growing around something but to just do that?!?! Like they think they are scots pine or somethin!!
