I would be leaning towards a Robinia pseudoacacia cultivar. (There are several thornless varieties. And I don't see thorns in these pics.) The Gleditisia triacanthos honeylocusts are bipinnately compound. The goldenrain tree has alternate leaflets on their pinnately compound stems, with a deeply, cut, lobed leaf. (Although it is difficult to tell the original shape of the leaf in these photos, they look more ovate to me attached in opposite configuration.)
Does it have any other distinquishing characteristics? Bark, flowers, general appearance of tree, anything?
Really hard to tell ID from these pics (IMHO).
