You might want to rethink the 300 gallon tank though. Pretty sure mine pumps at 10 gpm which would be a PITA in your situation.
 
I'm not a pressure washer expert by any means but I found with mine that it has enough pressure to not really need any detergents or heated water. It will blast through the paint if I put the right nozzle on it. It's set up to suck detergent/degreaser into it as I spray but I just use cold water and an aggressive nozzle and it takes all the dirt and grime off. Without the additional hassle of detergent.

yeah you'd have to have two tanks prob to do the detergent thang.

I like the Jeff set up and price. Just got find the service around here that provides that. The guy I talked to I don't think is the right guy. Gotta ask around and maybe someone that is not listed or googled.

Sorry, it might only be 4gpm. Not sure, the manual's at the shop and the internet's not turning up much info. Definitely less hassle having someone else do it. Just tossing out another option. For you, paying someone could be a better bet.
