Politicians' speeches were as full of hot air in 1760 as they are today. Cooling might have been a higher priority than heat.]

Heat in the old houses and buildings was a matter of heating the spaces used most. Remember that running water wasn't present in most homes as today and many of the homes weren't finished inside with materials subject to degrade quickly so letting the house drop below freezing didn't cause any more damage than letting your shed get cold. People going to town would come home to a truly cold house.

George Washinton was the first Constitutional President, but he was not the first president in America. Old George wasnt elected president until 1789, 6 years after the revolutionary war. Everybody failed this History test. Look up John Hason.

I do believe has was born on US soil. The rub comes from him declaring foreign citizen ship to get money for college. Hence the reason we know squat about his college days.

you almost cant find out anything about him.. but about two years ago,,it was all on goggle search...he was born overseas, and not Hawaii...
